This Warranty & Product Guarantee Policy outlines our commitment to product quality, customer support, and after-sales service.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer warranties on selected products as follows:

3. What is Covered
Our warranty generally covers:
Manufacturing defects
Major mechanical or electrical failures (under normal use)
Faults not caused by user error, misuse, or external damage
For heavy machinery, warranty may cover specific components such as engines, hydraulic systems, or electronic controllers — details will be provided in your purchase contract.
4. What is Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Wear and tear parts (e.g. tires, batteries, brake pads, filters)
Issues arising from improper maintenance or use outside recommended guidelines
Shipping, customs duties, and transport costs for warranty repairs (unless otherwise agreed)
Consequential or incidental damages caused by equipment failure
5. Warranty Claims Process
To file a warranty claim:
Contact our Customer Support at support@tradergreengmbh.com within the warranty period.
Provide your purchase invoice, product serial number (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.
Include clear photos or videos documenting the fault, if possible.
Our technical team will review the claim and respond with next steps within 5 business days.
Important:
No warranty service will be performed without prior authorization from Trader Green GmbH.
6. Warranty Service
Approved claims will be resolved through one of the following:
Free repair of the defective component
Replacement of the faulty part or item (if repair is not possible)
Credit note or partial refund (if neither repair nor replacement is feasible)
The method of resolution is at the discretion of Trader Green GmbH.
7. Limitations & Liability
Our warranty covers the product itself and does not extend to:
Loss of income, business interruptions, or indirect costs caused by product malfunction
Damages caused by third-party installations or repairs not authorized by us
Equipment used in conditions beyond normal commercial use parameters
