At Trader Green GmbH, customer satisfaction is a core part of our business. We stand by the quality of our vehicles, machinery, and equipment. However, due to the nature of wholesale transactions and the value of industrial goods, our return and refund policy is subject to specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged in transit or defective upon delivery.

• The product delivered does not match the agreed specifications or order details.

• A written claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

After this period, no returns or claims will be accepted.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are non-returnable:

• Vehicles and machinery sold under ‘as-is’ or ‘used’ condition agreements.

• Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

• Custom orders or items built to client specifications.

• Electrical components and batteries unless defective upon arrival.

• Items returned without prior written authorization.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@tradergreengmbh.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, product details, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue.

3. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

4. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Please note:
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the transaction.

• Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without penalty.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it falls under the return process outlined above.
